Inclusive Leadership Development for All Students

All students access the Lewis Leadership Program through certain core courses. In these courses, students take field trips, learn from guest speakers, explore relevant career pathways, reflect on their values and goals, complete a community action project, and build essential leadership skills that employers and colleges value.  

Unique Opportunities for Deeper Engagement

All students can also choose a deeper engagement by attending optional field trips and guest speaker events, participating in service learning and project-based learning experiences, completing an externship or internship, documenting their growth in a leadership portfolio, and presenting their learning to a public audience. Students can access these opportunities through certain elective classes such as the Lewis Leadership Lab 1-4.
