What makes teaching at Lewis so great? One of the reasons teaching at Lewis HS is so great is because of who works within its walls. Our student body is so diverse and so determined. Their diversity makes us stronger because it unites us and gives us a clearer view of the world we live in. Their determination is a daily inspiration to me and my fellow teachers. Many of our students have overcome so many obstacles on their path to and through Lewis HS. Our teachers also make Lewis HS a great place to be because of their determination, their generosity, and their positive spirits. I have been here for 22 years because I have always believed in this place, its students, its teachers, and its warm and caring spirit.

Hobbies/Interests: Gardening, reading, cooking, playing golf, traveling, sitting on the beach.
