GIRLS BASKETBALL CAMP will be held on July 15th-19th from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.

Ages: Students in 1st through 10th grade

Cost: $100 for the week OR $30 per day

*EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION SPECIAL*  Register by 6/1 and receive a 10% discount on a full week of camp ($90 total instead of $100)

*PRICE INCLUDES A LEWIS BASKETBALL TSHIRT!*

CONCESSION STAND will have snacks and pizza for purchase each day.

Completing this form will secure your spot at the Lewis Girls Basketball Camp. Payment will be due at the door on the first day of camp. Payments should be CASH or CHECK (Made out to Lewis High School Girls Basketball). Cost of camp is $100 for the week or $30 per day.
