Advising Process

All students will receive an overview of the Academic Advising process during Advisory on Friday, January 5

In Advisory on Tuesday, January 9, students will access the resource guide to learn about course sequence, requirements, and expectations, and to determine which electives they want to explore further at the electives fair.

Students will be able to attend an Electives Fair during Lancer Time on Thursday, January 11.

Students should plan to enter their initial Course Requests in their StudentVUE prior to meeting with their counselor for their 1-on-1 meeting.  All course requests must be entered in StudentVue (using a computer; it cannot be done on a phone). However, course requests are not finalized until students meet with their counselors. By entering initial Course Requests, it helps counselors prepare for their meetings with students.
